Custom Proposal
After your Discovery Call, we will send you your Custom Service Proposal based on your business needs and goals. Your Custom Service Proposal will clearly outline your Monthly Service Package or Custom Service Package, along with pricing and next steps.
Discovery Call
It all starts when you schedule your free discovery call. We will take this time to discuss your business needs, including what you are aiming to accomplish, create, alleviate, etc., and how the AVA team can help.
Contract Agreement & NDA
Once you have decided on the Monthly Service Package or Custom Package that fits your needs, we will send over your Contract Agreement for digital signature.
We also offer NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) to all clients. An NDA is a great option for new companies in stealth mode, businesses developing new products or services, or anyone who may not want to publicize that they are utilizing a Virtual Assistant.
Onboarding Questionnaire
After your Discovery Call, we will send you your Custom Service Proposal based on your business needs and goals. Your Custom Service Proposal will clearly outline your Monthly Service Package or Custom Service Package, along with pricing and next steps.
Onboarding Call & Initial Service Meetings
During our one-hour Onboarding Call, we will discuss your Onboarding Questionnaire, your contact preferences, any necessary logins, privacy preferences, asset sharing, and your overall goals for our new partnership. This is also a great time to discuss any additional questions you may have.
After all logins, assets, and necessary company information have been shared with the AVA team, we will schedule your Initial Service Meeting. This meeting is where we discuss the meat and potatoes of the project(s) we will be working on for and/or with you. This is also when we will set goals, deadlines, and next steps for your specific project. Then we get to work!
Change of Scope
As businesses grow and change, so do their administrative and support needs. We are always available to discuss your changing needs and how they affect your current VA needs. We are happy to add Change of Scope addendums to your contract or scale your Monthly Service Package to better fit your business needs. After all, that is what we are here for!
