Hi! I am Desiree, Owner and Lead Admin at Atelier Virtual Assistants.
I am a huge fan of administration. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I strongly believe businesses can only thrive and grow with amazing support staff. That’s where I come in. I love helping creative businesses and entrepreneurs focus on what they do best while keeping the back-end and client-facing operations running smoothly.
How did I figure this all out?
Well, not only have I been an Executive level Admin and Office Manager, but I was also a small creative business owner. I was a wedding planner and florist, so I know the ins and outs of owning and operating a small creative business. And I am keenly aware of how challenging it all can be.
What do I do when I am not in Admin mode?
When I am not helping others build their empires, I am generally chilling with my new Husband, or my three sons, and my rad little kitty. And when I am off the Mom clock, you will likely find me with a delicious meal in front of me and a classic cocktail in my hand.

I hail from Washington, the great state of coffee, rain (and a few vampires)! I joined the Atelier VA Team as a Social Media Manager via one of our wonderful clients, and I am so excited to join Desiree. I have a little over five years of experience in the social media and marketing space, ranging from non-profit marketing and analytics to large-scale galas and fundraising.
As an 'elder Gen Z' I have a passion for social media and the way it can connect us in ways we have never experienced. I am an avid reader, concert enthusiast, and passionate home chef! I got my Sommelier 1 rating in 2020, so I love being the go-to wine-pairing expert of my friend group. I now live in North Carolina with my partner, CJ. I am ecstatic to bring my love of social media and marketing to the Atelier VA team and continue to help it sparkle and grow!"
